This 11"x14" fine art print is based on an original 48"X36" painting created for the 2018 JDRF Middle Tennessee Promise Gala. Each year, the Gala raises funds for Juvenile Type 1 Diabetes research.
For this piece, a group of kids living with Type 1 diabetes was asked a series of questions: "What's one thing you wished people knew about living with Type 1? What's the most frustrating thing? What's one good thing that's come from living with diabetes? How will you celebrate once Type 1 has been cured? When you look up at the night sky full of stars, what do you imagine?" Nashville artist Aaron Grayum then incorporated the answers onto canvas, and the painting was sold during the Promise Gala live auction.
Each museum-quality print is created using state-of-the-art printing technology, resulting in sharp image reproduction and color fidelity using archival inks on heavy weight 230 GSM acid-free matte paper for archival longevity.
25% of the profits from the sale of this print will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
